Nora Candelaria is the House Manager of Soteria Las Cruces and is an expert in peer support and community-based work across New Mexico. With many years of experience, from managed care organizations and crisis centers to leading peer support initiatives. Nora brings extensive knowledge of recovery, care coordination, and culturally grounded community engagement.

A bilingual leader, Nora has experience working with managed care organizations and hospitals in supporting individuals with behavioral health access needs. Her work has centered on empowering underserved communities, strengthening partnerships, and increasing access to compassionate, person-centered care.

Nora is certified as a Peer Support Worker in both New Mexico and Texas and remains active in statewide behavioral health efforts, including the LC3 Behavioral Health Collaborative and the New Mexico Opioid 360 Task Force.
