Peer Supervision Training

This training strengthens leadership in the peer workforce by covering foundational leadership, supervision, and hiring practices, as well as problem-solving, the goal is to equip peer supervisors to support staff effectively while upholding peer practices and values across organizations.

Course description

The Peer Supervisor Workshop focuses on building foundational leadership, managerial, supervision, and problem-solving skills; discussing workforce challenges; cross-movement solidarity; and advocacy tools to advance peer support within an organization. Not only are the peer supporters important to workforce development, but ensuring the leadership they are under is providing the tools their staff needs and that they continue to uphold our peer practices and values.
