Peer Outreach Support

Support when and where you need it.

You don’t have to go through this alone

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you’re navigating grief, adjusting to a new diagnosis, struggling with social isolation, processing a traumatic experience, or dealing with family and relationship stress.  Sometimes, finding the right support can be difficult – especially when traditional services don’t meet your needs.

Kiva Centers’ Mobile Peer Outreach brings trauma-informed, non-clinical support directly to you – wherever you are in Massachusetts.  A member of our outreach team will visit you – wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your home, a park, a coffee shop, or another community space, we meet you where you are, both physically and emotionally.

Our Certified Peer Specialists provide compassionate, judgment-free assistance designed around what you need, when you need it.

What does Mobile Peer Outreach offer?

  • Emotional support – A listening ear from someone who understands
  • Connection to resources – Help navigating local services like housing assistance, food benefits (SNAP), Social Security Disability, and health insurance
  • Advocacy – Support with court cases, applications, and systems navigation
  • Peer-led guidance – Support from someone with lived experience who has walked a similar path

Why choose mobile peer outreach

Unlike clinical services, our approach is peer-driven and focused on your autonomy. You decide what support looks like.
