Role Overview
Serve as a per diem Recovery Story group facilitator in the CPS training through curriculum facilitation, collaboration, and participant engagement. 2 years experience working as a Certified Peer Specialist required.
Purpose
- Deliver high-quality Certified Peer Specialist material through in training group facilitation
- Support the development of new peer specialists in the workforce
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment
- Strengthen the peer workforce through education and mentorship
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate assigned training breakout groups using approved materials
- Prepare with co-trainers and participate fully in related training sessions
- Maintain familiarity with all CPS modules
- Participate in team meetings, debriefs, and ongoing communication
- Familiarity with Zoom
