Position Summary

The Director of Quality Management is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of Kiva Centers’ quality management and performance improvement systems across Recovery Learning Communities (RLCs) and Peer-Run Respite programs.

This role ensures that services are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, peer-led, and compliant with Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, including 104 CMR 28 where applicable. The Director will oversee data systems, program evaluation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes, while supporting program teams to translate data into meaningful improvements in service quality, access, and participant outcomes.

This job does NOT require the candidate to have lived experience with mental health, substance use, and/or history of trauma.
