Massachusetts United for Connection and Healing (MUCH)
Build. Heal. Connect.
MUCH is a network for the peer support workforce and community to strengthen skills, increase information-sharing and build healing connections across Massachusetts.
MUCH is building a coalition across the state to facilitate and develop infrastructure for Certified Peer Specialists (CPS), in-person networking events, webinars and opportunities to learn and connect as a workforce.
MUCH was born from a workgroup at the Peer Support and Recovery Education Forum held June 19, 2018, in Framingham, MA. The following March, Kiva Centers received a three-year grant from SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) to support the vision and infrastructure of the Massachusetts United for Connection and Healing (MUCH) Learning Collaborative.
